Studies Outside of Illustration
Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Around nine months ago I began studying Digital Marketing and E-Commerce through Coursera, which offers professional certificates recognised by employers. Although I've taken breaks during periods of heavy workload, I'm on track to complete the course this summer. Website Development Website builders are convenient, but they come with real limitations. They restrict layouts, limit functionality, and have a direct impact on my profit margins. Thi

Petal Post Prints.
[ DISCLAIMER ] Petal Post Prints is a working name. I have not yet bought a domain name, so the site URL may seem misleading. Once I have settled on a name, I will complete a page detailing my full marketing plan and branding for the business. Background Info It started with a sketchbook, one I bought to doodle in. What began as personal sketches gradually evolved into clothing designs, and it quickly became one of my favourite creative pursuits. This was a short 2-week proje

Art Workshop Classes
Up until the end of 2025, I worked as an art workshop host across Bristol and Gloucestershire for Brush Party UK, where I developed strong public speaking skills, confidence leading groups, and the ability to engage and communicate with a wide range of people. I'd highly recommend this role to any creative, as it's an experience employers respond well to on a CV. Looking further ahead, I'd love to develop my own paint and sip events independently. I've already begun research

The job sounded amazing, and it was really insightful to learn what skills they were looking for. So I began to develop a portfolio m

Voluntary Work to build experience & Portfolio
Here's a 60-second overview of me discussing my voluntary exprience : My first Voluntary position was in April 2024. After receiving an email from the UWE Volunteering scheme, I volunteered to repaint a mural along the side of the M32. The mural read: "WHO CARES WE CARE. VALUE CARE! INVEST IN THE CARING ECONOMY" This a was surprisingly valuable experience as I met 2 ladies who had graduated from my degree in around 2019. I was discussing how I had tried to switch degrees, as

On 22nd July 2022, I accepted my place on a 4-year illustration degree, including a foundation year.
And on September 16th, I had finished setting up my room in, 2 hours after I had arrived. One month later, I had secured regular work at the Marriott on collage green. The marriott predominantly hired agency staff, being hired directly through them established a casual but reliable work flow. On my second month in Bristol i had secured another i had role found through a Facebook group chat for UWE starting in the new year of 2023. I supported staff, security and visitors at
