For more insight into my journey to securing this role and experience. I recommend first watching the video on the blog post linked below:

Content from the initial transition from brace & Browns into Terrace at 43:
The challenge was to convey an online identity for a restaurant/Cafe that hadn't established who they were. The Branding evolved alongside my design skills and Terrace at 43's identity.
If you check out my highlighted work via the link below, you'll see the cohesive branding that is now established across platforms.
Where to next...
Catering Start-Up Package Proposal
Terrace at 43 previously applied to provide catering services for a stadium in Bristol, but after not being selected, the venture was paused.
Once the majority of my content work for Bloomberg Connects in June is completed, I will meet with the owner to discuss Developing and launching T43’s catering services through a dedicated digital presence and targeted marketing strategy. The proposal will focus on increasing online visibility and reaching potential clients more effectively.
The proposed start-up package would include:
A professionally designed website
Social media setup and strategy
One dedicated content day for catering photography and promotional material
Branded catering supplies and visual assets
I have already been in contact with a freelance content creator whom I connected with at a networking event last month, who would be available once per month to produce content to be distributed throughout the month.
Coffee Packaging
I have begun to develop mockups for coffee packaging. Terrace at 43 will not stock their own coffee. This is just an area of my portfolio I am developing to strengthen my branding skills across physical and digital outputs! Below is my current mockup. It is not added to my portfolio as it does not yet meet my standards and does not reflect T43 branding accurately.

Securing Freelance Income and raising pricing
The Business, since I've worked there, has been constantly evolving. I want to secure income until January 2026, when we will meet and re-evaluate the contract.
I currently charge a £75 per month flat rate for website management, which covers regular updates. I will be increasing this to £150, due to the time and skillset that now go into managing the website.
I also design new menus every 3 months, which I usually charge £35 for the menus. But will be increasing this to £50 per menu change.
I am also going to be learning how to develop websites without Builders and Developers, to increase my income and secure reliability for the websites I have designed. To read more about this click the link below.
