I bought a Canon 400D in 2020-2 for my A-Level in Photography, and this week I have sold it on Facebook (07.05.26). Since I brought it to Bristol, here is how it has supported my journey to securing a Photography freelance role due to next month, June 2026. In Building Servaial and post-construction Photography.
Don't worry, this is just the highlights!
Spring 2024 - Present Day
When working as an assistant manager at Brace & Browns, I offered to take professional Images of their menu items to benefit their online presence. Brace & Browns heavily struggled with this issue, a factor which led to their closure and rebranding into Terrace at 43. I led the design of the rebrand, the images there were for their social media and website, and their Google Profile!
Here are a couple of my favourites below :
August - December 2025
I volunteered at Bath City FC as a media assistant and supported match-day filming.
February - June 2026
Since February, I have been on an internship for the Clifton Suspension Bridge, where I regularly take professional photographs for promotional content
and video advertisements.
PRESENT DAY: Thursday 7th May
Today I have secured a freelance position, starting in june. where I visit sites that have recently been renovated, and building survey photography pre- renovation, and site illustrations.
This role was through a connection I made 8 months ago when I was an art workshop host, predominantly around Gloucestershire. He remembered me mentioning my work for Terrace at 43 and hoping to get an internship at the end of 2025. Click the link below to find out more :
I'm continuing to build my portfolio in photography to continue freelancing and opening future job opportunities in Product Photography.
